Home card from the Albany County Home Defense Committee to remind residents about food rationing. The card stated that people could help "win the war by giving [their] own daily service" and asked that wheat, meat, milk, fats, sugar and fuel be saved, perishable foods such as fruits and vegetables be eaten, and that local supplies be utilized.
