Divided and numbered lots are shown with several notations. Map certified as filed with the New York State Land Survey pursuant to Chapter 589 of the Laws of 1895. Scale 1:30 000. Original map size 32 x 25 inches. Original map is held by the Dept. of Environmental Conservation.
