Resolution to investigate complaints against the captain of the Dolphin (see Vol. I., p. 3.) [1638]

Ordinance against private individuals trading in furs ; forbidding any of a ship's crew remaining ashore over night, or other persons visiting ships arriving from sea without permission ; enjoining mechanics and laborers to go to work at the regular hours ; appointing Thursday in each week for the regular sitting of the court for the trial of civil and criminal cases ; and finally warning all against fighting, adultery, mutiny, thieving, false swearing, slander, and other immoralities.
