Order. To summon certain persons (not named) before the council, to be examined on interrogatories on complaint of ex-director Kieft. [1647]

Resolution. To imprison Jan Evertsen Bout for contempt, in refusing to appear and give evidence in the affair of ex-director Kieft. [1647]

Order. To the superintendent of naval equipments, to fit out the Great Gerrit, the Cat, and the Love, for service against the Spaniards. [1647]

Resolution. To maintain Fort Hope, situate on the extreme bounds of New Netherland, as, if it be abandoned, it will be occupied by the English, who have usurped the soil we purchased and paid for there. [1647]
