Bond of William Spencer to former governor George Clerk, for ten pounds, conditioned that he shall settle within six months, lot 85, in the township of Cherry Valley, formerly taken up by Charles Parker, and also that he shall be forthcoming for the rents and profits thereof, (now in Otsego county).
