Protest by Mr. De Lancey of Minisink patent, against granting sub-division, 1765

Protest of Mr. De Lancey, in behalf of himself and the rest of the proprietors of Minisink patent, against granting letters patent to any person for any lands that may have been laid out by the commissioners for dividing said patent, for defraying the expense of the partition thereof.
