Petition of David Provoost, junior, for a warrant to the surveyor general, to survey and lay out a certain tract of land patented to him in company with John DePeyster and others by Gov. Nanfan, lying and being in the county of Ulster, boundeth, on the north by the corporation line of Kingstown, south to that of John Evance, east to Hudson's river, and westerly to the limits of the Paltz, he being now the only surviving patentee.
