Indian deed to Thomas Lane and Joris H. Remsen of the city of New York, of all that tract of land lying to the southward of Ranselar's manor, beginning by lands patented to Henry Lane and Hendrick Remsen, on the west side of Kats creek, and down the stream of said creek from where a creek called Matenit falls into it, and contains 3,408 acres.
