Map of Great Lot No. 35, lying in the Military Tract in the Town of Dryden, Tompkins County, being part of the lands conveyed to the State of New York by Gilbert Stuart by deed, bearing the date September 5th, 1818; the said lot having been surveyed and subdivided by Jas. Geddes, Esq., in 1814. The original subdivisions were re-surveyed and appraised in 1847 by William Wentz, who was deputed by the Survey General to do the same.
