Several workmen on a pier in the Hudson River. They are operating a crane, a concrete truck (owned by Bonded Concrete, Inc.), and an Oury-Beltcrete conveyor, doing concrete work for the Patroon Island Bridge. The image is a construction progress photograph taken by the Dept. of Public Works (related photograph file number 9379).
