The Bischoff Chocolate Factory in Ballston Spa, New York. Originally owned by Union Bag and Paper Corporation, the factory was purchased by Frederick Bischoff in 1918. It closed in 1945 due to difficulty in receiving supplies of cocoa and sugar.
