Letter from Mr. Sawyer to Robert Yates, 1771

A letter to Robert Yates regarding 30 acres of land in Hosick mortgaged by Mr. Sawyer. On side 1, the author lays out his motives for acquiring the property, including access to the "highway," proximity to the water, and the "use of a mill or mills."  Side two is the author's personal reference to what the letter is.
