Agreement between William Shephard and Robert W. Leake that revisited the terms of their prior agreement on April 27th, 1774. Side one outlines the terms in which Leake would pay Shephard the sum of £93, 10 shillings for a tract of land in Pittstown. Side two originally contained the signatures and seals of both men, but was later damaged.
