Statement describing land forfeited in Dutchess County, 1807

Statement to Simeon DeWitt, New York State Surveyor General, of a discovery of unsold forfeited land in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, submitted by Robert Griffith. These lands were forfeited by the attainder of Robert Leake after the American Revolution.
