Processes Observed in the Investigation of Six Candy Factories

A 15-page list and description of occupations involved in manufacturing candy. Information on the six candy factories investigated for this report is given first. Next, the processes involved in candy making are listed and labeled according to factory in which the process is used and according to the gender of worker performing the job. Last, a narrative describes the various processes and gives the range of wages paid to workers for each process.
