Benjamin C. Marsh's response to wage questionnaire

A five-page letter from Benjamin C. Marsh to the Factory Investigating Commission in response to their questionnaire (see NYSA_A3011-77_ B1_F7_7) about wage issues. Mr. Marsh, executive secretary of The Society to Lower Rents and Reduce Taxes on Homes, does not answer the questions on the questionnaire but does include answers to a questionnaire his society sent out about the relation between industrial problems and housing costs.
