A three-page letter from G. T. McWhirter to the Factory Investigating Commission in response to their questionnaire (see NYSA_A3011-77_ B1_F7_7) about wage issues. Mr. McWhirter of the McWhirter Hardware Company argues that wages would increase if immigration were stopped, making a minimum wage law unnecessary.
