Four affidavits: the first signed by John Noyes verifying his service in the First Regiment of New York Volunteers during the Mexican War and indicating he is entitled to a pension; the second signed by Christopher Jordan verifying the service of John Noyes; the third signed by Reuben Jones also verifying the service of John Noyes; the fourth signed again by John Noyes describing his encounter with Reuben Jones. Affidavits each signed by Commissioner of Deeds William R. Mudge.
