Affidavit from Addison Farmsworth, a veteran of the New York State Volunteers (H Company) during the Mexican War, on behalf of Thomas Reynolds, another veteran of the New York State Volunteers (H Company). Reynolds attempted to prove his service as part of his application for pension monies. This affidavit is certified by New York County (NY) Notary Public John Glasson, Jr.
