Affidavits for the New York State Comptroller, made by Louis Sulzbacher, in addition to affidavits from Henry Gaines and Col. Ward B. Burnett, all veterans of the New York State Volunteers during the Mexican War. The affidavits were part of Sulzbacher’s application for pension and were certified by Notary Public L.A. Morrell.
