Affidavits for the New York State Comptroller, made by Edward Tenny, in addition to an affidavit from Jacob R. Riley, both veterans of the New York State Volunteers during the Mexican War. The affidavits were part of Tenny’s application for pension and were certified by a New York County Notary Public.
