Plan of Waste-Weir, Section 284, Tow-Path Side

Drawing of a waste weir to be built in Section 284 of the Western Division of the Erie Canal, as part of the canal’s first enlargement (1835-1862). The plan was submitted and approved in September-October 1856. The scale is one inch equals six feet.
