This is an ink, wash and charcoal map of a section of the Champlain Canal in Fort Ann. It shows Wood Creek, Pond Brook, a triangle shaped basin, a dam and wooden lock, twelve buildings and the Road to the Village of Fort Ann. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of Peter Comstock, William Parish, Henry Weller and George Dolph.
