This is an ink, wash and charcoal map of a section of the Chenango Canal in Eaton and Madison. It shows the Eaton and Lebanon Town Line, the Madison and Eaton Town Line, the middle branch of the Chenango River which runs under the canal and then into the canal, a culvert and two bridges. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of Zebulon Weaver, Hiram C. Paddock and James Rusell.
