The first view shows the Village of Chittenango Landing, Chittenango Creek, a culvert, a dry dock, a canal feeder, four bridges, two buildings and an unidentified road. The second view shows the Chittenango Creek, a detailed view of the canal feeder, an old dam and a bridge. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the property of John B. Yates.
