It shows the Village of Canajoharie, Bowman’s Creek which feeds into the canal, four bridges, over eighty buildings, Cherry Valley Road, the Road to Palestine Village, the Road to Spraker’s Basin, Mohawk Street, Main Street, Church Street, Canal Street and Bridge Street. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of A.L. Roof, Elizabeth Roof, Henry Lieber, G.A. Lansing, J. Spencer, D. Eaker, Keller, H.I. Ehle, Lieber and Company, Wetmore, Gibson, Johnson and J.H. Moyer.
