Factory Investigating Commission's substitute for Wage Classification data card for Geo. P. Ide & Co.'s shirt factory in Albany, New York. The card lists rates of pay for employees according to occupation. Employees were paid by the piece. For example, hemmers were paid 2¢-3¢ per dozen shirts hemmed.
