This bill amends the mental hygiene law to authorize the commissioner of alcoholism and substance abuse services to promulgate rules and regulations requiring the division of horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering and division of gaming to post signs in facilities regulated by those entities that advise patrons on where to get help for compulsive gambling.
