Review of Game Protectors by Governor Whitman and Commissioner Pratt

View of New York State Governor Charles S. Whitman (in office 1915-1918) at a review of state game protectors, possibly on the East Park side of the New York State Capitol in Albany. Governor Whitman is presenting the George D. Pratt Cup to Inspector Underhill of the Southern Adirondack Division, which had the highest average for revolver shooting. With him is Commissioner George D. Pratt of the New York State Conservation Commission (in office 1915-1920). This image was created to record the game protection activities of the New York State Conservation Commission.
