NYS Bill and Veto Jackets: 2013, Chapter 526

This bill adds identity theft, larceny and coercion to those offenses over which criminal and family courts have concurrent jurisdiction when involving family or household members; and requires the return of forms of identification and financial documents, which may be held by the abuser, to the victim when orders of protection are issued.
