The man (Amer Boivier) is dressed as Friedrich Adolph Riedesel, Freiherr zu Eisenbach (a.k.a., "Baron von Riedesel," 1738-1800), commander of the Brunswick regiments that served in the battle. The woman next to him (Mabel Snyder) is dressed as Riedesel's wife Charlotte (1745-1808). The three girls around them (Mary Lanier, Margaret Mosher, Faye Mosher) are dressed as three of the Riedesel's children.
