Affidavit of John De Peyster, former mayor of the city of Albany, respecting an Indian deed for 1,000 acres of land at Tieonderoga, given by the Mohawk Indians to the corporation of said city, and destroyed by one of the said Indians at the request of Gov. Cosby.
