Samuel Tou vs. Dirck van Schelluyne, action for the payment of 510 guilders, according to the award of arbitrators, being an offset for the use of land in Mispachts Kill, belonging to the heirs of Richard Beert; referred back to the arbitrators to determine the amount of rent payable for the land, and to offset against that the improvements made by plaintiff, which they are to appraise.
