World War II era civil defense film from promoting a wartime law to provide financial relief to families of servicemen with babies at home. The film focuses on worry as a morale buster. Produced by the New York State Department of Health with the cooperation of the United State Army and Navy. Written, directed and narrated by Thomas C. Stowell.
