Letter from C. R. Wilmer of the National Sociological League to New York State Education Commissioner George D. Stoddard protesting the racial integration of white and black students in Hillburn, NY schools. Wilmer argues that racial mixing and "social equality" for African Americans will lead to social problems and ultimately harm the "white race."
