Reforestation area near Palmer Pond

Small trees, obscured by what appears to be the photographer's thumb, dot this reforestation area at Palmer Pond, near Angelica New York. This replanting effort is being undertaken by the Civilian Conservation Corps camp S-92, located near Almond, New York. This image was created to record the reforestation work of the Civilian Conservation Corps under the supervision of the New York State Conservation Department.
