Foot trail between two CCC projects, Schuyler County

This is a foot trail running north/south between two waterholes dug by the Civilian Conservation Corps. Both the trail and the waterholes will serve to aid fire suppression at this forest in Schuyler County. This trail was created by the CCC camp S-123, located in Beaver Dams, N.Y., from 1935-1941. This image was created to record the reforestation work of the Civilian Conservation Corps under the supervision of the New York State Conservation Department.
