Truck trail showing culvert, guard posts and turnout

This truck trail, and the set of guard posts in the distance, is the work of the Civilian Conservation Corps. This trail was likely constructed to improve access to a reforestation area and to assist with firefighting efforts. This trail, #202-1, is the work of CCC camp S-123, stationed in Beaver Dams, N.Y. This image was created to record the reforestation work of the Civilian Conservation Corps under the supervision of the New York State Conservation Department.
