Fall Brook in Lewis County is undergoing stream improvement by the Civilian Conservation Corps. This likely meant cleaning out debris and creating fish habitat to increase the depleted fish population. The work is being preformed by CCC camp S-122, stationed in Canajoharie, N.Y. This image was created to record the reforestation work of the Civilian Conservation Corps under the supervision of the New York State Conservation Department.
