Letter from Assemblyman H. Clark Bell about health and safety standards

Letter from New York State Assemblyman H. Clark Bell to Hollis S. Ingraham, Commissioner of the New York State Department of Health, asking for a meeting to discuss revisions to health and safety standards to avoid repetition of the problems encountered during the Woodstock Festival in August 1969. The letter was written after the Department of Health had released its report on the festival.
