CCC workers making truck trail

The "boys" from the Civilian Conservation Corps lay down crushed stone on the graded ground to make a truck trail. Such trails were used by the CCC to provide access to reforestation areas and aid in fire suppression. This image was created to record the reforestation work of the Civilian Conservation Corps under the supervision of the New York State Conservation Department.
