A German forester stands beside this tall Willow tree in a forest near Aschaffenburg, Germany. The willow is 50 years old. It's height is 28 meters, and the diameter is 40 cm. Representatives from the department of conservation toured this forest in order to study forest management methods. This image was created to record the agricultural and forestry studies performed by the New York State Conservation Department.
