Louisiana Purchase Exposition

This exhibit is a display of native New York insects collected by the New York State Conservation Department as part of an exhibit on forestry. Behind them is a display of New York trees. These exhibits were on display during the Louisiana Purchase Exposition, also known as the St. Louis World's Fair, held in Saint Louis, Missouri in 1904. This image was created to record a series of exhibits created by the New York State Conservation Department.
