Two men either releasing or catching hatchery-bred fish at a "fish rack" on a stream. The date is unknown but probably the 1920s. This appears to be connected to the Oneida State Fish Hatchery (established 1897) in Constantia, Oswego County. This image was created to record the game hatchery activities of the New York State Conservation Commission or Conservation Department.
