White-tailed deer frozen by lights

Two white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus), a doe and a fawn, standing in the shallows of a lake or pond at night, frozen by lights. The date and location are unrecorded, but it is probably ca. 1910-1930. This image was created to record the game management (deer) activities of the New York State Forest, Fish, and Game Commission, Conservation Commission, or Conservation Department.
