Party of picnickers at "Watterson's Point" on the Saint Lawrence River in the Saint Lawrence Reservation. The exact location of Watterson's Point is unknown, but is likely Jefferson County. There are twelve people in all, including four young boys. Three people are tending a camp stove. This image was created to record the state forest-related activities of the New York State Conservation Commission.
