Fish Car

View of a train car identified as a "fish car," date and location unknown. Its purpose may be for the transport of hatchery-raised fish. "STATE OF NEW YORK CONSERVATION COMMISSION ADIRONDACK" is written on the side of the car. The date is unrecorded, but ca. 1911-1926. This image was created to record the game fish hatchery activities of the New York State Conservation Commission or Conservation Department.
