New York City Hearings – April 21, 1972 (Afternoon). Recording of Arthur Liman examining attorney and Observer group member, William Kunstler. Kunstler discusses amnesty, prisoner demands, prisoner leadership organization, negotiations, and his implicit class and racial bias which impacted his ability to communicate with the Attica inmates. Kunstler is asked follow-up questions by Commission members McKay, Rothschild, Wilbanks, Marshall, Wadsworth, and Henix.
