Eve discusses establishing credibility with the inmates and events leading up to and following the retaking. Commission members Wilbanks, Broderick, Wadsworth, and Henix ask follow-up questions on amnesty, Eve's role as Observer, inmate demands, and Eve's opinions on the press and the Commission. Robert McKay responds to Eve’s remarks on the McKay Commission. Eve gives a final statement. WRVR radio reporter and host give an overview of the morning’s proceedings. WRVR radio reporter, Dan Knox interviews McKay on Governor Rockefeller testifying.
