Writ of certiorari to Niagara County Court of General Sessions with its return of certified record of proceedings, People v. Henry Maxwell, Elihu C. Strickland, and Norman Shephard, who were indicted for the abduction and presumed murder of William Morgan, who had published many of the secret rituals of freemasonry.
